Bon Jovi has announced a Garden party.

The band Bon Jovi will play Madison Square Garden on April 7 and 8, and also the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on March 31, as part of the band's "This House Is Not for Sale" tour, the band announced on Thursday, Dec. 1.

The New York City and Philly dates were among nine new shows added to 19 that were previously announced. Tickets are $19.75 to $545 for New York and the price has not been released for Philly yet.

Tickets go on sale to the general public 10 a.m. Sat., Dec. 10 through LiveNation.com for New York and wellsfargocenterphilly.com for Philly. Bon Jovi Fan Club ticket presales, including exclusive VIP packages, go on presale 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6 through 10 p.m. Friday., Dec. 9. American Express credit card holders can purchase tickets starting 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. through 10 p.m. Friday, Dec 9.

A Live Nation presale begins 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8 and ends 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9 at 10 p.m.
