Not quite but yeah there is a resamblese, but alcoholics are so acceptable that it is sort of common but durgs addicts are not. and i still think drugs are hard to get rid of

I think the main reason for drug abusers not being accepted as much as alcoholics is because of the behaviour of them, also drink is avaible to everyone and taken in small doses doesnt affect you badly , where as when you take drugs you are affected straight away and un sure of what you are doing and can become uncontrolable also cause stress to thers that come across you. drink is much better

We make bonfires and shoot off fireworks to symbolise the blowing up of parliament. which never actually happened so one has to wonder why we bother? :?

Do I agree it makes you sound alcoholic? nah not really. points out that you drink alot same as me but I'd rather be able to drink all night and still be relatively compus mentus than someone who rarely drinks but gets smashed way too easy and don't know what they're doing.

it all depends on if you've ate, what you're drinking, how much you've slept etc... I was pretty bad off last night cos I hadn';t slept much, just finished work and hadn't had anything to eat whereas in other circumstances I woulda been much better off.

i used to take a sip from the bottles in the liquer cabinet every day before going to school (first grade) until my dad caught me and the bottles disappeared. don't think i was drunk, but i couldn't figure out why my shoulders felt so heavy.

then, i do remember being at one of those award ceremonies after a skiing race and the guy on my table - bit younger than me ordered beer, so i thought i could do the same ;) - i might have been tipsy after having a whole beer myself at 13 or so. my dad came over and flipped lol. not my new job but just about every shift i done at my old job i verged from slightly tipsy to full blown steaming cos i worked so early id still be feeling it from the night before.

went to a party one time and decided stayign there till 7, drinking a bottle of vodka and then going to do a 10 hour shift starting at half 7 was a good idea. STUPIDEST thign i've ever done. spent half the shift in the bathroom being sick and the other half sweating out the drink waiting for the next batch of vomit to surface.
