A while ago someone started a post about your holiday movie wishes. So, how did everything work out? Were your wishes fulfilled? What movies did you get?
I myself got quite the treatment.
Wheels on Meals (Chan)
Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars (Chan)
Miracles (Chan)
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
Hollywood Homicide
Robot Monster
Twin Warriors
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
The Italian Job (2003)
The Italian Job (original)
And just today, I went out with some of my Christmas money and bought:
S.W.A.T
The Medallion
Blade 2
And on top of all that I got Bon Jovi: The Crush Tour on DVD. So hurrah for the holidays. So what did you all get?

Men In Black II, Johhny Mnemonic, Chain Reaction, Rockstar, Hollow Man (Superbit), Mortal Kombat
I hope you didn't ask for those. And remember, Keanu Reeves is not a good actor. Even in the Matrix films. Before they came along, he was on the way down. Keanu Reeves wasn't the star of the Matrix Trilogy. People didn't see those films because he was in them. Now that they are over his career is finished.

I bought them ALL myself. I wouldn't have got them if I didn't like them.
I doubt his career will be finished now, as he is already working on other things I think. None will ever be as successful as The Matrix, but other than things like Lord Of The Rings and Star Wars, what else will?
I don't think he's the best actor around, but he's not as bad as everyone seems to think he is. A lot of times he plays characters that are not really normal, so I guess it would be hard to do for anyone.

Many films have been and will continue to be more successful than the Matrix films.
Here are keanu Reeves's films and US box office takings since he filmed the first Matrix:
2000 - The Watcher, $9,000,000
2000 - The Replacements, (straight to video)
2001 - Hardball, $40,000,000
2001 - Sweet November, $24,000,000
2001 - The Gift, $11,000,000
2003 - Something's Gotta Give, $80,000,000 (Reeves is not the star of this film. It is a Jack Nicholson film.)
Apart from the Matrices, which are just films that Keanu happened to be in, rather than 'Keanu Reeves films', it doesn't look like a healthy career to me. Maybe you will have to get used to Keanu Reeves doing independent films, rather than the 'blockbuster' types that you seem to enjoy.
