I thought it was a wonderul, beautiful, and creative film. It just amazed me! People don't all agree with me; one of my friends saw it a few weeks ago and they left the theatre before the ending. And if you go see it, watch until the end! The end is what really makes the film so wonderful as it is -- It's just simply put; amazing! Mind-blowingly amazing! The whole movie is creative pieces of the elements of life....and it's beautifully shot, directed and acted.
I've always been a Tim Burton fan, so this film was extra exciting for me; He's a visually talented director who deserves more acclaim then what he's gotten so far in his life.
I'd suggest for you to see it; I think it's definitly worth it. Not everyone agrees with my opinion, but why not take a chance and see something completly different from what you've ever watched?

I really like Ewan Mcgregor but from the reviews ive read, I dont think this is my cup of tea at all. He's a great actor though!!

I saw this one a couple of weeks ago in the cheap theatres. I had wanted to see it when it first came out but never got around to it. I like Tim Burton and I heard it was likened to a modern day 'Wizard of Oz' so I was intrigued. Now I'm kind of glad I waited to see it in the cheapies... It wasn't that it was a bad movie -- just not really my cup of tea, I guess. I thought it was very well done but I didn't much care for it, make any sense? :? I was a bit bored. It was a bit like a modern day 'Wizard of Oz,' though, I guess.
