Are you going to watch??? I will tape it hehe as it is the middl of the night but I will keep radio's and tv shut down before I can watch it so I won't see who the winners are ...

I have only seen it once in total, when Titanic was the big winner ..Thought it was a great and funny thing to watch :)

Well I usually just check out the winners next day on TV, but I'm off monday next week, so I might stay up and watch it for once.

They show it here at 2.00am so it will be 1.00am with you if they send it out live :)
But here they show some documentaries before and the arrival of the actors as well

I stayed up two years ago and I had a great time. Last year I woke up to see the important awards too. This year I think I'm off work on Monday so if that's the case I'll be definitely up and watching the ceremony!!! :D :D :D

Actually a friend of mine was planning to throw her own Oscar party a few years ago. She was planning onmaking everyone wear fancy dresses and stuff. She lives with her parents, but they were going to go on holiday so she'd have the house for herself. Something happened and her parents stayed put and there was no party :( Would have been fun. Oh well, some other year 8)

Carefully chosen "Oscar Supper" menu (an annual ritual!). This year Homemade smoked trout pate, roast pheasant in red wine and mushroom sauce and chocolate mousse!

But Independent Films have a prominent role in this years categories, so i'll end up watching some of it, at least.
