The crush outtake is very odd, but interesting nonetheless. It has a sort of "static" effect over the track and has little or no rhythm guitar, instead the focus is on the keyboard riff and that lead guitar line:
The box set version is very much a rock song - although it remains moody, sensual and just very, very cool imo:
