Default Best Bon Jovi Album?

I'm going to buy a Bon Jovi album and just wondered which one anyone reckons is the best? I just been listening to stuff on my PC and I had a live version of "It's my Life" on it. I liked it so figured I'd buy an album. Any advice welcome....

My personal favourite is These Days. But if it is your first album, you could buy Crossroad or One Wild Night because they are greatest hits albums. Crossroad is a bit older, so it contains older songs. One Wild Night is a live album with songs from shows between the 80's and 2000.

If you want to rock, I would say Slippery or NJ. If you like mellow and depressing, then These Days.

New Jersey is a brilliant album.. These days is awesome.. full of hope and angst combined.. they are all brilliant.

Personally I would buy the whole back catalogue and then start on the videos!!!

Slippery When Wet, New Jersey, Keep The Faith, or Crossroads are probably the best ones to start with
