Jon's voice isn't always the first thing to look at though, is it now? Look at the energy in that performance. That's Jon when he really wants to be there! No, Jon's voice isn't always what makes a great performance. However, IMO for a band to be in their "top form" the lead singers voice has to be in better shape than that and they can't be struggling to get sound out. Yes, the passion is there and he definitely gets an A+ for effort. That said, I would rather see this kind of performance than a Hull one though.
