This Jon's pose in the last pic looks so weird, like a chicken dance or something

I agree if John's vocals were a little higher in the
mix, it would sound almost perfect
Both Phoenix and San Diego are miles ahead of anything previously put out. It's like night and day.

Made me think of 1984, the film that is, not the book.

Reminds me of some carnival song with a stupid dance here in Germany that you can only bear if you're drunk beyond any semblance of sanity

haha yeah! I'm wondering how the other guys on stage perceive Jon's duck faces and dance moves Sometimes it's a little too weird but this is the essence of Jon. Rock star prerogative I guess :P

I think he started doing the chicken dance when covering "Start me up" because it's a bad copy of Mick Jagger's stage moves really. Then he started doing it during other songs too. LOL

Agree... what started out as a joke became somewhat serious... It does come off a bit awkward at times... Jon doing something like that in the 80's would come off more acceptable but I think he forgets he's 55... Well until he starts singing anyway, then it's an instant reminder...

In all fairness, it's not all that bad... I just listened to Inglewood and aside from Always & Blood on Blood, he's becoming more tolerable... I get its autotuned but it's still a major improvement. Compare that to Miami there is a HUGE difference so Jon is somewhat improving... A little all around... Technique - Arrangement....

As far as the hair goes, I don't care if he has grey hair as long as he wears it right... Long, Shaggy, Dry grey hair doesn't work... In 2014 he wore it right... You know that Year he never sang or picked up a guitar even though he sang in the Hampton's, Did the Red Bank show with the KOS, and did other charity / fan club events...

The dance moves have always been a little awkward... from the Working Man strut to the Ass Shaking... as a guy that's always been a little tough...
