Well, for what it's worth, "having a row" is not a common turn of phrase in America, so I'm not surprised he pronounced it like "row your boat".

Regardless of whether he comes back for any dates on this tour, one things for sure. Things will go very quiet in the bon jovi world for a couple of years. Long old hiatus on the cards.

I noticed that also, thought it an odd phrase to use instead of the "we're not fighting/arguing" expression. And that gives me an excuse to use this

Okay... but to think that because of that he was reading through bullet points? I don't know, I don't see the connection. LOL

I had a dream last night that Jon told me Richie left the band. That doesn't mean anything. I just thought I'd share it. For the record I also dreamed that Romney won the election so my dream to reality batting average isn't that great. LOL

The pause before answering indicates that he is both annoyed and tired of the subject, and added to that he mentions "thats not being evasive".

It hurts me to admit that Richie Sambora has left the building folks. but I still feel let down by him that he hasnt come out and said anything thats set in stone, personal issues are his private issues and I repect that but if he indeed has left/given up pretending he needs to come out and say what he is doing and why, then for me personally I can move on and accept the fact.......

I do not think they are problems between Richie and Jon. The performance from Tampa means nothing, IMO.

For you and everybody not being able to listen to it, here's the transcript of the part where he talks about Richie:

Pete: We know Richie isn't playing the European tour. Will he be back with the band in the future?

Jon: (very long pause)… Let's just say I certainly hope so. He has not been fired from the band... He's not ill... He's got some personal stuff that he's gotta deal with and I can't comment any further and it's not me being elusive, but it's for him to answer any further than that. We did not have a row… but... we go on. And he's always going to be the... welcome as long as he is up for it.
