No Richie on current leg of the tour

Wow, was there a collective decision to not post unless it was factual information? If we're gonna nit pick and demand only facts, then might as well shut this thread down. LOL

I think the misery comes from the fact there's nothing new to say at the moment. Like, there are no new tweets, no new info, pictures, what have you...
If you're desperate for something to gnaw on, I can tell you I saw a tweet before where a Spanish page claimed like it was nothing that Richie's new album is gonna come out before the end of the year. I've read a lot of either assumed or totally made-up shit coming from that page and similar ones, so I wouldn't even bother, but... there. Maybe this will inspire people and generate some thoughts to be written in here.

For me personally, I love theories, snippets of news and gossip...I don't mind them at all. It's the ridiculous pyscho-analysing and conclusion-jumping that bothers me.

How about more gossip: The German OK magazine writes that a "source" said that Jon didn´t want to have Richie at the NJ shows cause it would have been too expensive for him and he´d rather spend the money on a NFL Team...

Don't NFL teams cost hundreds of millions, so Richie must be charging loads for one show if that is the reason he wasn't allowed back.


The funny thing with all these theories is we have hardly touched upon one obvious idea. Perhaps Richie just does not want to be there, not because the music sucks, not because he has fallen out with Jon, not even because fashion is his pursuit now, maybe just because he can't be bothered.

Which leads us to he should have thought of that before the damn tour. I don't think we'd be at almost 1000 pages if he had.

For me, this is what it always comes back to once I've laughed at the funny/plausible theories and Richie's tweets. Whatever the problem was/is, was it not there before the tour? Why do a few shows then suddenly decide, that's not where you want to be? That could actually narrow down any scenarios. A fight so bad that Richie would not continue or him falling off the wagon and Jon not willing to tolerate it this time. Or his heart wasn't in it, but he started the tour anyway, then decided it was wrong thing for him at that time. All theories that have been mentioned before. Or maybe, just maybe Nikki called. "Richie baby, I absolutely can not handle this fashion crap without you by my side to generate publicity. Dump the tour and let's get this fashion thing rolling!" Yeah, that sounds plausible.

Here's another "new" article, which seems to contradict itself at least twice re: quotes and references the Hyde Park show and Richie's tour of Europe with Ava --- talk about old news! A lot has happened since then, FashionStyle.com! xD
