Definitely wasn't Kid Rock, he only did the later shows.

I believe it was just One Republic, there may have been another before that but I can't recall any off the top of my head.

I think the early gigs didn't have bigger name support, OneRepublic did some in the middle, def from the 17th (maybe sooner) until the 20th. Kid Rock I think was 22nd to the end, give or take.
