This firm has already lost two cases with similar lawsuits. One was against Live Nation regarding Springsteen tickets and the other was against AEG regarding Bon Jovi and Justin Beiber tickets. We know the promoter withholds tickets from general onsales, but unfortunately it seems to be difficult to prove.
