I can't check through 108 pages. Can someone please tell me if the booklet comes with the NJ deluxe edition? Or is it only with the super deluxe edition with AAA?

I already have AAA, so if that's the only difference I'm going to get deluxe. But I want the booklet.

Anyone with deluxe mind filling me in? Thanks
