I found these pictures on the website of design studio called Oddopolis. They were also responsible for designing the "New Jersey Deluxe Edition".

The interesting fact is that these photos were uploaded over year ago! I enlarged photo of the "Extras" back cover and saw on it the 2014 release date, which assures me that the box-set was originally planned for the 30th anniversary.

I have no idea why it wasn't released on time, but better late than never.
