If they continue with that route, it'll take 3 years to get through all the albums, and then what?

Bottom line, I am ready to pay (I want to pay) and I'm ready to get full-quality recordings to ENJOY.

I like Jon's cover of Action In The Streets, Too Fast To Live has my interest, No Mercy is badass, they have to have SBD quality audio from Giants '89. They even released some songs as b-sides.

My fear is, that by going this route, people are going to lose interest which will result in this thing fizzling out. Just like everything else. They think people don't have an interest in the material when in reality, it's the way they go about it that causes the loss of interest.
To be fair, Neverbland claim there are 2 years of Monthly releases scheduled at the moment. So you might not be fat wrong with your timelines. I assume it will be monthly after the doco and album. Who knows.

Yeah this. They're clearly working on the NJ stuff now and forgot to set it to private. There's an icon of David recording keys for the album that when you click it leads to a 404 page so it's being worked on and assembled at least. I agree that this could have been more up front and smoother but it's certainly not worth getting pissed off over.

And I'm pretty sure this leaked and most of us have this.
It's a different one. The leaked one was already recorded in Vancouver and contained In America / Born To Be My Baby / Bad Medicine / I'll Be There For You. It also was a studio reel and not a classic audio cassette So this might give us a second (earlier) version of "In America".

Yeah I was surprised 'cause I think one could sign up for release news once it originally went online and at least I didn't get a notification that new stuff was up.

I'm thinking we'll get the email once New Jersery is done and anything we've found so far was by accident.

With the New Jersey (88-90) stuff coming up, you think that what we have from the first 3 albums, is that all we're getting from that (83-87) period? Or will they add more?

The songs production charts are always cool.

It was just a hypothetical. I didn't do the actual math... 2 months per album X's 12 or so remaining albums = X Years...

I don't know exactly what they are waiting for because no matter what they do, it's going to produce the same results. Jon's doing so much promo now, just include it in. Why wait until the album or the documentary or whatever... The diehards are going to give the same purchase numbers regardless.

I never realized that the Boys Are Back In Town (a cover) almost made the final cut onto an album.

I think they are going to add more... which is part of my complaint. Are they going to go through the entire catalog in partial and then by next year, start backfilling the albums in full?
