I'll take that bet, too -- especially since one of the two other places has Springsteen.
Bruce wasn't asked for publishing rights when
he re-enlisted with Sony, but that's because Sony feels they can make more than enough money off Bruce without them. Without Richie, Jon no longer has that kind of leverage. Ironically, Bon Jovi was probably one of the last commercial rock bands that didn't have to give publishing when they were signed -- back then, it was required only from commercial and Top 40 acts.
