Nope, no further information was given.

Bon Jovi's history at the label...has been fruitful. Since forming in 1983, the band has sold 21.8 million albums in the United States, according to Nielsen Music...

Shame on you, Billboard! You of all people should know that Nielsen Music (formerly known as Soundscan) formed in 1991. Their total can't possibly include the 21 million albums Bon Jovi sold BEFORE then. The actual total U.S. album sales is probably closer to 35 million...

Update: This story was updated to include RIAA-certified sales of Bon Jovi's albums from before 1991, when Nielsen began monitoring album sales...
So it's actually closer to 38 million -- is my face red!

Well, it's just a replay of the article where they screwed up the number of concerts BJ has done, isn't it?

So, uhm, what's everybody's take on the album now? I haven't had the urge to listen to tracks from it - let alone the whole thing - ever since the initial buzz's worn off. I also gotta say that the full listen of the album actually hurt my impression of it. The recycled woahs and ever slow tempo really hurt it.

I'm still digging the entire cd. I listen to it in full on my long runs.

I took a break of a few weeks from it but it's back into my rotation. Hearing so much of it ahead of time made it stale out faster than I would have liked but I needed a break after so many non stop listens. I'm really digging it. The songs I hated are growing on me, the ones I love are cemented into my favs list.

Loving it still. Teardrop, We Don't Run & Fingerprints are very good indeed and most of the rest tick along nicely too.

I do agree that all the "Whoas" in quick succession is a negative but it doesn't effect the songs individually.

Fingerprints in particular has grown more and more on me as time goes on. The simple solo in the middle is a perfect fit as is the outro guitar work.

I'm still really enjoying this album. A lot more than I thought after I first heard it.

No song on the album I strongly dislike. Maybe a couple of weaker ones but I still enjoy them in some way.

My mate put it on YouTube this morning. Said 'Teardrop' was a very good chilled out song and was 'bopping' away to 'We Don't Run' and then claimed that 'Saturday Night Gave Me Sunday Morning' was the catchiest song they have done.

We only listened to the lyric video ones that were released before the album came out so not the full album.

Lorenza wrote the string arrangement and played everything on Blind Love according to her FB. Neat.

I've been listening a lot of Def Leppard lately to be honest, but every now and then I really feel the need of hearing some song from Burning Bridges. I still think that is good and that Fingerprints is the best song there.

Weirdly enough, some songs have grown on me even more. I don't know why, but I disliked A Teardrop To The Sea and now I enjoy it a lot.

I'm really happy with Burning Bridges.
