No its kHz - im deep into this...

HD is considered anything above CD 16 bit / 44 kHz

freq you will see 24 bit and that is considered HD...

it depends on what the artist releases - sometimes they stagger them so they will release 24 /44 then 24/88 then 24/196 - which is the highest - i think there is tech higher but thats considered the highest....

when i got my pearl jam pono on kickstarter - ponomusic had a deal for the kickstarter people that anyone who bough on kickstarter got free upgrades of any music bought on pono for life....

they have just last week released that deal to everyone who buys on pono now - so instead of the past where you would buy hd files from hdtracks and then have to but the higher res when they were released all over again...

i will go to ponomusic and buy the album at 24/44 and then when it comes out in 2 years at a higher res i will get that for free...

sans bonus track of course - which stinks and make cataloging all the more difficult!

Thought the same. After the first few lyric videos, I subscribed to the VEVO page and got the notifications thing. All of a sudden I see this video and wondered why I didn't get it.

Number 6 now but still good. Was very surprised to see it at number 3 midweek. Thought it'd be lucky for top 10 to be perfectly honest.

In the official charts it will be number 2 or 3 as the compilation records don't get included.
