100% they are filtered, and the negative comments are deleted.

When were the other three Christmas songs released on the Experience? 2020 or 2021?
Cause Jon said in the short video on social media today that he wrote the song two years ago in the holiday season for his family. So maybe it was recorded together with those tracks?

Those were 2020.

I don't think it was only because it lists the studio and who played on it. If it was a solo Jon thing there'd be no reason to post the studio pics and band positioning.

Bongiovi is sounding amazingly good.

AI involved in here?

The Beatles fans know Peter Jackson did some MAGIC with it.

I like where you're going with this. I'm also hoping you're right. He might have kept the original vocal and then mixed it with a current studio take.

He actually sounds better on the key change. They could definitely polish out his vocals and I truly wish they would. The song could actually be more enjoyable.

Not as bad as I was expecting, so nice - Like all Jovi songs of late I just miss the "power" I know the blokes restricted these days so I guess I should be used to it by now. Like others have said this with a 90s Jon and for the love of god some Sambora on, then we talking! - I digress, it's a clever way with the time of year to kick start the 40th.

The first couple of lines sound extremely rough; it gets better from there but of course this is all still very much noticeably a lead singer with a battered instrument. Knowing this, and this being a Christmas song... it's perfectly fine.

It's perfectly fine, considering. Just like the albums without Richie and with a worn out JBJ were perfectly fine, considering. But that asterisk carries more and more weight.

As you listen to song and become more and more familiar with it, you don't focus on the vocals as much. The newness wears off and the vocals aren't as bothersome.

The song is fine for a Christmas song. I'm okay with it.

Although I still wouldn't mind some corrections to the beginning, it is what it is. The key change and the parts leading up to it are good enough.

It took me two tries, but I got all the way through it. It truly breaks my heart to hear what he sounds like now while remembering what he used to sound like when he sang.
