I like it because, like you said, a good f-you song where have a nice day really means "Bite me ****er". Sounds good to me.

I'm picturing a cover with someone giving the finger.

Edited to avoid redundancy.

Why would a cover with someone giving the finger be "original"?
Personally, I don't want a BJ album with the finger on the front. It would be original for BJ's discography, yeah, but apart from that???

Crush and Bounce are cool names I think. At least they are worthy names of rock albums, but "Have A Nice Day" sucks. May as well call the new album "Snuggle-cakes" or summat.
LOL.

I take 'Have a nice day' in a rather sarcastic way..... so, I like it. If I find out it was in a 'snuggle-cakes' way, I'll be livid.
I hope it is sarcasm, but if the ballads on Crush, Bounce and TLFR are anything to go by then it's probably not a sarcastic title. Heh, I see your point "Snuggle Cakes" or "Honey Bums" might be better titles. :P

No, it wouldn't. Giving the finger was original what, two decades ago? It ain't anymore, equal what it comes with.

I understand not liking the title, everyone has their opinion...I don't understand why it's so difficult for too many here to actually grasp the meaning of the title which seems to be the issue to not liking it...because it's being taken literally. I don't think the crappy sugary ballads of the past two albums should be any indication that the title is literal. They still have 6 other albums of heartbreak and pain and that has been the indication of the direction they are going in.

The sarcastic tone should have been the first thing everyone picked up when reading it. You have an album where the content deals with disillusionment at various levels....that title is NOT literal. I guess it will take an appropriate album cover to get the point across...though I do not believe a finger would do it....that's far too juvenile and I'm a bit fed up with the band trying to make themselves seem younger when they are at an age where their life experience should be a great source of artistic creativity.

I don't want anymore one word titles nor do I want anymore songs/lyrical style/sound that resembles Crush and Bounce in any form.
