Richie's new singles '24

Interesting - So I wonder if I Pray is from a later session that Richie did without Bob. We know that Livin' Alone is from the original album recordings, as it has been mentioned before as being part of the album. I Pray is a new title.

Regarding Livin alone, again verses better than chorus. But now verses are truly fantastic, evocative of Richie's best work. Chorus a bit underwhelming, but good song, solid production

I'm with you on this. The intro and the verses are stellar but the chorus is quite meh and doesn't elevate the song. Overall the song is better than I pray and Legendary (obviously) but there's always been something bugging me with the guys' songs for the last 15 years, as if even when it should be great something comes up to mess it all up.

Better then AOTL and Undiscovered soul anyway.

Not a fan of the production but there's a bit of a Mark Knopfler vibe that I dig.

Livin' Alone at least is from 2021 or even older. There are videos of Richie playing it live back at Shepherd's Bush back then.

Yes, the photo i seen of Richie with Bob Rock working together are from 2016 to 2018, after that idk if it has continued the collaboration.

Give how Richie's been handling his solo career since RSO (or actually since his departure from Bon Jovi), I afraid it's safe to say that we are not getting more than these four announced singles.

I'd like to compile all Richie's output since 2018. I'll dedicate the second post in this thread to that. Please post whatever you have. I know about Livin' Alone from Bush Hall 2021, that those snippets released by Norman's Rare Guitars but there can be more.

I tend to agree that we are only getting these 4 songs for now. But I'm still kinda hoping that we get an announcement about an album when the 4th single drops, but I'm not holding my breath.
