Let's be honest it doesn't really matter what Bon Jovi puts-out in North America, or International it's highly unlikely to be a played on commercial radio lots of times, the best the label can hope for is through streaming. ( Spotify and Youtube etc)
The Age of the Band counts agaisnt them, even if JBJ had a great vocal voice today, like 80's/90's) Also what Bon Jovi have put-out since The Circle/WAN has perhaps affected any Radio commercial interest in them.

I don't disagree about radio airplay, but in Europe there is a large contingent of legacy rock fans of 30-70 year olds that are still very interested in what Jovi releases. Since HAND, it was one listen and goodbye, but they are still interested, cause Jovi is a "hard rock stadium band" as far as general public is concerned.
Get them (and me) another HAND kind of rocking single and it's nice, repeated listens that follow. That's better than the obvious alternative (no or minor paid radio airplay with mocking or meh reactions).
If general audience in Europe knew songs such as Brokenpromiseland or Any Other Day, story of decline would be a bit different I guess (and they "know" singles, why they aren't hits among this audience is not primarily due to little radio exposure, but due to little song quality in rock audience eyes).
I can understand it's completely different in North America, though.
