So if you want to listen to a song from the vault, you have to buy it? Or you have to buy only in case you want to download it?

I'd like to buy some of the SE but the thing stinks. For example I like the big boxset of all albums plus AAA but the price?? Come on... greedy bastards.

No, you can still listen to it, but you have to purchase it to download it. I agree with you, though, still pretty greedy.

Bleeding Purist - There you go, then. It's all a little unfair, in my opinion, and nobody should really pay for as many albums then be required to pay for something so small as a download of a song for those who have payed for the original material.

Thanks. There are tools how to record a song from internet, so there is no need to download

Yep, moreover the songs from the vault were once released on singles etc. From what I have heard.

Very true.

Yeah, well 'Silent Night' is of course just from the Japanese broadcast show in '85. 'Tokyo Road' on the CD is from the same show I believe but the vocals are different.

Why would they put that version of joey on bounce? Jon messes up the lyrics a couple of times.

Obie said some of the live takes are soundchecks and such... Jon even yells out "turn up the keys in my earpiece" or something. So he was just experimenting with the stuff they do at soundchecks I guess.

Does anyone know where the version of 'Only Lonely' was recorded? It sounds like it could be a rehearsal/sound check. I'm pretty sure at the beginning you can hear Jon say, 'This place blows'!

All new Special/Tour editions are priced at £5.99 at play.com and £6.99 at amazon.co.uk.

Pretty decent prices!
