Wow, This is great, and unexpected, new sounds, rock and art, the Duet work for me, haha, and this is the first EP, EP1:RISE.

No substance hits the nail in the head , the busy overproduction makes songs grande but not intimate and sincere... i m also surprised there is no electric guitar...Rise could easily have one

This is REALLY REALLY bad. Oh. My. Gosh.

Sounds like they're trying to do pop music from the late 90s. "Truth" is the epitome of cheesy trash. Then you got Sambora attempting Santana in "Take Me".... holy moly wowowowoww bad. Masterpiece sounds like Destiny's Child or some shit like that.

And then a ****ing kid rock flavored country song at the end? and that god awful rap 1 min 45 in. I can't even. This isn't even funny. Is this a joke? fffff

This is by far the worst product anyone from the Bon Jovi related camp has ever released.

Well, like I said there isn't much that will appeal to the average Bon Jovi fan, which this place is full of. If you don't enjoy it fine, that doesn't make it bad, just not to your tastes....

I'm not a Bon Jovi "fan". I'm a music fan, and like lots of genres including country, rock, indie, pop, metal, EDM, etc.

This is really bad.

Thinny, I mean that's fair but it also doesn't really sound like Richie either. I think his fan base is allowed to voice an opinion but everyone painted Richie in a light (not even since he left the band, since always) that he was the hard rocker that steers Jon right but he's had such a pop sensibility. I think everyone expected his first project post Bon Jovi to sound like all the reasons he left the band for. Lack of solos, spontaneity and a rockier sound. This doesn't really reflect that and that surprises me.

For what it is, a pop thing with few traces of guitars it's fine but this isn't going appeal as much to his personal fan base nor the bands so it's a huge mountain to climb when you take both fan bases out of the equation.
