I can't stop myself but make this comparison:
Seven Years Gone live in 2012, a great song and a great performance. You watch this and think how promissing his solo career can be!

And then there is this

Come on! He misses some chords, too! This can't be acceptable for the King of Swing, this man used to have a class!

This was a song for Roman. So I take it as it is. But it is much better than "turn it up". Has an touch eighties, Van Halen and Bryan Adams come to mind. Their live sound is lousy, but perhaps the version of Richie & Ori in the studio is great.

In spite of the live mix was not the best... sounds fresh and the guitar solo is ok. Nevertheless, Roman has to mediocre voice, poor performance. But the part of the musicians was not bad.

I'm sure the album (of Richie & Ori) is much better than this one, but this is not so bad.

I do agree with this. I just think the lead singer is throwing everyone off..

Why on earth did this collaboration even start between Richie/Ori and Roman? I just can't see this being an advantage or opportunity for Richie in any way.

He also looks like he's properly dressed and actually shaves.

I think Richie enjoys collaborations. And although this is not great, it is something that sometimes make the musicians. Sometimes for record label, sometimes for friends or some compromise.
