I think that's part of the drum/percussion sound and comes in again after a few seconds (like "tick tick" or something, do you mean that?)

Hmm, maybe it's my speakers, but I can't hear anything like you described here... Is that the official download track or did you record it from the radio or something? If so, maybe the DJ had the mic open
