so how or where do you order the versions which have the bonus tracks (Japanese for example) so arrives on day of release?

My experience is that if you order the Japanese version (from CD Japan say) it will not arrive on the release date. However you will be happy to have it LOL

I'm sure there is a reason, but why do Japan seemingly get the better/more expansive editions?

They're Not only more expansive, but also more expensive. I Heard somewhere that the Import of CDs is much cheaper than producing in Japan, so to boost japanese Edition sales, Bonus tracks are getting added. Sounds half-legit to me.

Interesting. In addition, the band are not as popular in Japan as they once were. Is that a fair assessment?

Hmm... I don't know for sure. But I have indications to offer:

A) i bought BB over there on Release Day and even reserved One CD for me, which however proved to be completely unneccessary, as the whole store was full of BB CDs towards the end of Release Day. When I was in the Shop, no One besides me really seemed to care About it. (but that was just One store in One town.

B) as far as I recall, the BB Chart positions were quite disappointing.

C) bon jovi used to give lots of concerts in Japan per Tour. But the BWC Tour only saw two concerts, which were relatively short and didnt't use the full production (i.e. The buick stage). The 2015 Tour did Not see a japanese Show at All.

Thanks. It does sound as if their popularity has declined. (As it has in a lot of other Countries also)

However, there was almost no promotion for Burning Bridges, either. So there's the possibility that close to no people actually anticipated the album.

When I try to download this it won't let me because of a virus/untrusted source. Anyone else having the same problem?
