Exactly. The health insurance companies got their pigeon in office so now we have Obamacare so now everyone is required to have insurance or be fined which means the companies have a monopoly so they can raise prices and cut services. We got a letter informing us that BC/BS will now only cover blood sugar and cholesterol routine checks (no complete blood counts which is kind of important for things like detecting cancer). They now only cover a pap smear every 3 years which is plenty of time to develop cervical or ovarian cancer. They extended the period of time between mammograms, prostate checks, colonoscopies (it might be one in your life now if I remember correctly), etc.... But, yeah, Obamacare was going to be great, wasn't it? It was "for the people." No it wasn't. It was for big business--just like everything else. Big business owns the Republicans AND the Democrats and anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional.
