And this is what Trump's fellow Republicans said about his first debate with Hillary:

Other side of the story: there are plenty of bloggers and people saying Trump won including major liberal Michael Moore. I doubt anyone who was decided changed their mind either way.

Trump did not look good in primary debates either, was mumbling and getting owned by opposition on a fairly regular basis. Yet, he won the nomination easily. He's completely immune to what is conventionally considered a poor debate performance due to the nature of his electorate that probably label strong debate performance as "typical politician shtick".

So yeah, I didn't see anything on the first debate that should swing the balance. Both candidates lived up to how they were supposed to act on that stage.

Do I really want this in charge of the free world? I think not. She's a liar, a cheat, and just as bad as Trump in her own ways, perhaps worse as she has a record of failure on the national level.
This couldn't be any more false. Trying to compare Trump and Hillary and to say that she is in any way "as bad" as him is just absurd. They are not comparable.

Not going to waste my time on the "Hillary is a crook" argument, I've had this debate countless times this election. But I find that to be ridiculous, too.

If ever there was a year NOT to cast a 3rd party vote, this is it. As Trump himself said, he wants people to vote 3rd party, particularly Jill Stein, because this would only take away votes from Hillary. This election can not be a repeat of 2000. Everybody needs to get over their dislike of Hillary and realize that no matter your opinion she is qualified, ready and prepared to be President. Trump is the single most dangerous candidate we've ever had and can't be allowed anywhere near the White House.

Good luck with that USA!!
Very, very true. Americans should all read the new book "Hitler: Ascent" on Hitler's rise from ‘Dunderhead’ to Demagogue. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/28/bo...rich.html?_r=0

As JBJ said, history is repeating itself.

You completely missed Michael Moore's point. He does not think Trump won the debate. He's warning Hillary voters (and those on the fence) not to be complacent in this incredibly important election.

And yeah no one decided changed their mind... Donald Trump could literally, and I mean literally, take a giant dump on the flag while the national anthem is playing at a 9/11 memorial and his supporters would say he is bold and tough and refusing to be politically correct. They're completely and totally brain dead.

Default Bruce Springsteen says Donald Trump is a 'moron'

Quote:
MSN.com: In an upcoming interview with Rolling Stone, rock and roll icon Bruce Springsteen didn't hold back about his thoughts on Donald Trump.

"Well, you know, the republic is under siege by a moron, basically...The whole thing is tragic. Without overstating it, it's a tragedy for our democracy."

Springsteen has stayed quiet about the election as he's been on tour with the E Street Band, but with his autobiography Born to Run coming out September 27 he's beginning to do press, and the inevitable questions about the election have begun...

UMMMM.... NO. I did NOT miss Michael Moore's point. He was practically foaming at the mouth with panic that he thought Trump won the debate and Hillary supporters had to get out the vote. I merely stated that he thought Trump won the debate. I said nothing of him supporting Trump did I? No.

Hillary is a dirtbag and you will not convince me otherwise. There is no way I can "get over" my dislike of her. There is no way I can cast a vote for her with a clear conscience. NO WAY. Therefore this is EXACTLY the year to cast a vote for a 3rd party. If a 3rd party reaches 5% of the general vote this year, then next election they will be allowed access to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund and MAYBE we won't be stuck with two complete turds because there will be THREE people on the stage debating before November rolls around. I'm just as afraid of Hillary as I am of Trump.
