Thanks so much for the tipoff.

The site and article are back online. But as a precaution, the "epitaph photo" has been granted sanctuary!

Default And another one "bites" the dust (along with the hand that "fed" him)

Quote:
The Hot Zone USA: Jared Fogle, originally known as the Subway spokesperson who lost 245 pounds by eating Subway back in 2000, is now on trial for child pornography...and several other disturbing things.

...Fogle received and distributed child pornography...from Russell Taylor...the executive director of Fogle’s charity for childhood obesity. Fogle knew that...over a dozen children under the age of 18 (and as young as 13) were being secretly filmed in Taylor’s home, and that Taylor was abusing a 14-year-old girl back in 2011...

While Fogle was traveling as a representative of Subway...he would pay to have sex with minors during his business trips...Fogle’s use of online commercial sex services...continued up until June of this year...

Fogle, 37...will reportedly plea guilty to all of the charges...His attorney also informed the press that he will pay $1.4 million to fourteen victims who were affected by his actions. His wife...announced that she is “seeking a dissolution” of her marriage...
Quote:
TMZ 11/13: ...(P)rosecutors have now gone on record requesting the maximum sentence under the plea deal -- 12 1/2 years in prison.

Fogle is asking for 5 years, saying although it was "inexcusable" he had sex with minors, "these individuals were far older (aged 16 and 17) than many victims of this same crime." ...(T)he bulk of the photos and videos in his possession were from a thumb drive that Russell Taylor gave him, and he notes he never requested it...
Quote:
TMZ 11/19: Jared Fogle's attorneys...had a sexual behavior expert testify that Fogle had compulsive eating disorder -- but...once he lost the pounds he developed compulsive hypersexuality disorder...
Quote:
TMZ 11/19: ...(The) judge just sentenced...Fogle...to 15.6 years in prison...after his attorneys tried to blame weight loss for his "mild pedophilia."

Although the deal he struck with prosecutors was for a sentencing ranging from 5 to 12 1/2 years...the judge...was not bound by the deal...Fogle will be in federal prison (where) the standard time served is 85%...He'll be 51 when he's released...in 2029...

P.S. A good way to make a judge cranky is to offer up a bullshit plea deal.

Bill Cosby guilty of sexual assault
Quote:
A Montgomery County (Pennsylvania) jury has found Bill Cosby guilty of the only criminal charges to emerge from a career-ending scandal fueled by dozens of women who accused the entertainer once known as “America’s Dad” of sexual assault.

After about 13 hours of deliberation, the panel of seven men and five women on Thursday convicted him of drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee who said she had seen Cosby as a father-figure and mentor until the early 2004 night that he accosted her at his Cheltenham Township home. The 80-year-old entertainer could face up to 10 years in prison...

The fact that Constand’s allegations landed Cosby in a courtroom at all came after an improbable series of events that started in a Philadelphia comedy club a decade after Constand’s attack...(C)omedian Hannibal Burress'...2014 routine opened floodgates that resulted in a two-year onslaught of accusations from more than 60 other women who credited the renewed scrutiny for their own decisions to come forward – many for the first time – and allege they, too, had been drugged and molested by the entertainer...
I read that the prosecution set up Cosby's retrial within fifteen minutes of learning that his first jury voted 10-2 in favor of conviction. So it's all over but the sentencing (unless Cosby vacates it by doing something foolish), and whatever Hannibal Buress has to say in conclusion -- though HE has banned cell phones at his performances.

Default NOW it's time to speak about his epitaph

Quote:
TMZ ( 9/25/2018 ): ...Cosby was sentenced to three to ten years in a Pennsylvania state prison after being convicted on three counts of aggravated assault...He was remanded and locked up immediately after the sentencing.

...Sources at Montgomery County Correctional Facility -- where Cosby is being held before he eventually gets transferred to prison -- tell us inmates will be eating good (that) night with a nice helping of a chicken patty with gravy, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, iced tea mix ... and, of course, vanilla pudding for dessert. No official word on the brand of pudding ... but hopefully it's Jell-O. That'd be poetic justice, wouldn't it?
The poetic justice is all yours, TMZ: Epitaph accomplished.
