Refund from the fanclub works. They sent out confirmation mails tonight.

Chris, does that mean FC Ticketholders still have to go to the venue to claim their refunds, or will the payment be automatically put back onto peoples credit cards?

Payment will be put back onto peoples credit card. You don't need to go to the venue. It seems they even refund packages. I asked them to make sure that I can get my merchandise for Berlin in Sofia where I will be going if they only can refund the ticket price but they didn't write anything about this but confirmed the full refund for Berlin.

Yeah, it could be. I guess that's what happens when people don't bother to mention their sources! We're left in the dark, guessing... Part of the statement is the same, so until I get to see the supposed original article for that other interview, I'm assuming those words were never spoken.

They have put this information without talking with ticket sellers and ticket sellers dont know anything about that.(or refused directly)
