Richie is 100% irreplaceable to the band. Ok Jon can get Phil to fill in for live shows but no Richie equals no Bon Jovi. You heard the last album? That's what happens with no Richie, and it stinks.

You don't seem to care if Richie is there, because you're quick to replace him. And you're wrong if you think the band could continue without Richie. It would be a mess musically, not to mention their reputation would take a serious hit. They would lose a lot of fans, causing their already shrinking fanbase to become even smaller. The reality is they can't afford to lose Richie.
