He now works in security and is Jon's personal security guard. During the These Days period and after, he was in management. He worked along Paul korzilius (among others) as part of the management team.

With all the ongoing drama and unknown, I do remember on here a post with a link to an interview with Bon Jovi and there were lots of clips of the new stage and band performing in it. The one thing that I did notice in the clip you saw of the stage and band was the opening still has the 4 guys walking on the screens. I still believe Richie will be back - hopefully not just for Hyde Park because that definitely will reflect bad on him to say one show is more important and the others. I'm still not convinced that the so-called interviews with Richie are 100% true. Also don't think Jon was trash talking when he said "we have been through this before". I still believe that we was just referring to Richie being off the tour and not that Richie was drinking again. Also don't believe any of the rumors out there about remarks about the daughters. I saw them at the cancelled concert in CT in Feb. and they were having a great time and they were joking around and it wasn't forced at all.
