What's your experience with bonjovi.com store?
I ordered the Work book and one other item on 11-30 because they had the promo going of "20% off storewide plus free shipping." They didn't take anything off the price of the book and I sent an inquiry about that because it was nowhere noted that Work wasn't eligible for the discount. I just got checked my credit card statement and they refunded my purchase on 12-1. I NEVER requested a refund and they never sent me a notice that they had refunded the purchase or an explanation of why they refunded the purchase. I'm a bit pissed off because I wanted that book and I didn't want to pay $50 in shipping charges on it.

I've never had any problems. I would try calling them and actually speaking to someone to explain the situation, I'm sure they'll take care of it.
