From what I've heard, $10000 is pretty much the standard fee for a "backing musician" on tour. I've heard the paid guys in KISS get about as much, for example. Of course, all the expenses are paid as well, catering, travel etc.

As someone who has been a fan of this band from the beginning, I am disgusted at the way they have treated the fans. We deserve better than this for our years of dedication.

Since you posted that right after my comment... Don't assume what I believe or do not believe. I was commenting on a tweet by Matt. He mentioned Yoko Ono and my comment was meant to say I think it's telling, coming from him.

As for it being a Beatles/Yoko Ono situation, probably not. But it's not like we know anything anyway, it could be the aliens owning Richie's body or Batman holding him hostage. I do believe she has a big influence on what he is doing and how he's handling this CURRENTLY, and I think that's more of a fact than a belief of mine. Did she CAUSE all this? Hardly. But she might have been an influence under that regard as well.

It's not exactly his place to tell it all, now, is it?

Also, can anyone enlighten me about why Jule225 or someone for her deleted all her recent posts and you seem to be talking by yourself?

It's not exactly Billboard, though. They literally (and I do mean literally, go check) copied and pasted the article from The Hollywood Reporter. Which shouldn't surprise us, since Billboard actually starts it all with: "By Michele Amabile Angermiller, The Hollywood Reporter". I thought more of Billboard, but oh well.
