Default BJ Song Quote for my wall

My arty friend has offered to make me a canvas with a BJ lyric quote on it for my office. Question is, which quote?!

So I need some inspiration, Whats your fave lyrics from Jovi that would fit on a small canvas?

I think that is quite personal. I would choose some lines from 'Happy Now'.

I'd probably go with "God Makes No Mistakes" but that's one of the most despised line in their catalog if you listen to folks around here. And, I personally hate the song Happy Now.... so, see, it's really personal like faith1985 said.

What kind of work do you do there? I mean, one of my favorite lines is "'til now is then it's a mystery"; but if you're in financial management or something, while that may be true, it may not be very reassuring to clients.

I possibly should know this from some of your posts, but what are some of your favorite songs? As previously stated, it's comes down to personal preference, but that might help you narrow it down.

"I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all"
"So you wanna be a cowboy, well you know it's more than just a ride"
"Good guys don't always wear white"
"These days the stars ain't out of reach..."

Becky, I love that line. And IIRC, don't you work with EC? I think I remember you saying that because I work with the exceptional li'l s , too.

If that's the case, I can't think of anything that would be more suitable for your office - if we all had artsy friends like Matrix!

(Of course, there are days when it might be just as appropriate for the flipside to quote the old Rawhide TV theme: "Don't try to understand 'em. Just rope 'em, throw, and brand 'em." )

I think the lyrics to Good Guys Don't Always Wear White are some of their best ones. Or Something To Believe In. Or These Days.

That would be an amazing quote to have hanging at your office.

Personally, the only Bon Jovi quotes that I find relevant in my life are the more depressing ones in These Days and the somewhat optimistic lines in some songs in The Circle. Other than that, I feel restricted to the cliché lines in Because We Can, What About Now, Born to Follow etc.

Hopefully these'll give you a chuckle.

"This whole place smells like your cheap perfume."

"In a bar, breathing smoke, snorting whisky, drinking coke."

"I'd be a rich man, it's true, if I could make a living outta loving you."

"Danny knew this white trash girl, we each threw in a 10. She took us to a cheap motel and turned us into men."

"Bobby was our hero, 'cause he had his fake ID"

"Get a ladder, there's a cat up in a tree."

"Hit the lights, and I'll come crawling through your window tonight"

"We'll act like strangers when you're holding his hand 'cause there's a danger that we both understand."

"I want to come inside."

Pretty much any quote from Dirty Little Secret:

"Hit the lights, and I'll come crawling through your window tonight"

"We'll act like strangers when you're holding his hand 'cause there's a danger that we both understand."

"I want to come inside."
"So let's play doctor, baby, cure my disease!"

or

"Love is a social disease."
