Seems like he's referring to the Tweets from fans who tell him that he's the "soul of Bon Jovi" and that sort of thing or that Bon Jovi isn't the same band without him...

I was going to say as a joke maybe that was a subliminal message to Jon the devil who's trying to suck out Richie's vision and soul and leave him just a shell of himself after 30 years. In a porkpie hat. Seriously, Richie may not tweet on a regular basis but when he does, people are just "huh? wtf?"
