I got the assumption that he does or else why would he mention that specific song. Why would he imply "I'm going to give you unreleased songs like Mona Lisa but I don't have that song". That doesn't make sense.

I'm equally looking forward to the song titles and higher quality material.

I started 'internet' collecting in 2002 and thought I had everything out there possibly imaginable, with the exception of Mona Lisa. I've searched the internet high and low to ensure that I had it all.

To now find out that there is a small circle that has even more stuff is extremely intriguing to me, not only as a fan, but as a collector.

I've shared material with many members on here, especially the active ones, and find this offer very generous. This member is 35 years old so I'm sure life has got him busy. Hopefully he'll post something soon for us.

I'll play devils advocate here.

In one regard, it's not fair to come to a die hard fan board with such a promise and then disappear for 5 days without an update... People are excited, anxious, and now getting irritable. That's normal but we should give him time and the benefit of the doubt. I know we've all been disappointed with past promises and even more so, the most recent ebay scam where one of our members lost a great deal of money.

However, on the other hand, this is a credible member. He's been here since '05 and has over 10K posts under his belt. The best part is, he's actually battled it out with Seb so he's one of the good guys ... I actually went back and read some of his past posts to get a feel and you can sense his frustration with this band going back many years nows.

I'm sure this isn't on the top of his priority list. He's probably got a monster music collection and his shit is mixed in all sorts of folders and he just needs the time to sit and go through it all, like he stated above.

If his true intentions were, which I totally doubt anyway, were to come here to get a rise out of people and see how many views he could rack up, then so be it. But I really just think that he's busy with real life, a wife, a kid(s), and just needs to find the time to sit an go through it all.

It would have been better for him to save the initial post for when he was ready to post the links, but he didn't. And if he doesn't post the links, then so be it anyway. I'm sure stuff will surface over time.

This to me implies that he is (or at least was) one of those selfish 'fans' who keep all the stuff to themselves, as well. Why would he share all of it now and why didn't he do so before? Just thinking out loud...

He could have used a unknown title, instead of Mona Lisa, once we already know that it really exist. But I think it's just a matter of time...I don't think that he would come here, pitched the pump and simply go away. I hope not.
