I guess this explains his standing at the mike stand and not moving around much during the last tour. Considering the grief he got from some of the jovitalk bloggers --being called lazy and uncaring-- it shows how much he values his privacy that nothing was said. Odd that it is brought up now, it seems like he is doing advertisement for the clinic. LOL.

Just another reason the damn tour shouldn't have happened.

Since he's now back at 100% I guess only time and another tour (if one happens) will tell us how much of it was laziness and how much of it was pain.

I have to agree with the Captain, just another reason why the tour should never have happened.

That does explain a lot and I agree with Capt that the tour should have been postponed.

With Richie now missing Jon, I could see these guys getting back in the studio once Richie is done with this joke of an album and whatever he does to promote it.

I don't follow the Richie drama at all because I know this is nothing new for them and they are just meant to be but I did stumble across this article from Fashion and Style. Not a full confession but much better than last year. Sorry if this was posted somewhere else.

It's just another interview taking gossipy soundbites from older interviews and repackaging them as a "HOT TIP". No news.

That could explain the lack of movement somewhat, I suppose we will have to see at any future shows. Again, it wouldn't have killed him to say something in passing during an interview to explain it as it was pretty damn noticeable to anyone who had done any Bon Jovi shows in the past.

What with Jon's injuries and Richie's issues they really shouldn't have bothered with this tour, but then again it still made a shit load of cash despite everything so that's the main thing these days.

Interesting, because when he was in Australia on that tour, he was running on a treadmill at the hotel gym. So he couldn't move around much on stage, but could still run?

Yes, I've wondered about that myself. For a guy that makes it well known he still runs 5 miles a day, why does he now barely move away from his mic stand on stage?
