No, it's not. It is possible that there's a version with Jon singing, of course, but this is not it. Avicii's good at electronic manipulation but he's not that good - Jon hasn't hit those notes since 1996...

I kinda hear a little Billie Joe in this sample, its so heavily altered though it could be anyone just doing an impression.

I don't see it being Jon, for a start he's not hit rasp like that in decades.

What about now. It can easily be Jons voice, there's no limit in what some computer editing can do. If it is Jon I think this is the coolest thing he's done for years, dropping his "f*ck drum machines and computer music"-agenda. It's Jon not being pretentious and just lending his voice to a fun uplifting party tune. F*ck if the vocals are manipulated! We're not living in the 80's or 90's anymore...
