Default Who will win the Champions League this Season? 2015-2016

Another year, another time for this topic.

Everyone who posts here knows by know that I'm obsessed with Bayern Munich. But to be honest, I think for the first time, Barcelona actually has a good chance to defend it's title. If they stay healthy and nothing major happens, they are top favourite.

If they don't meet before, I do think Bayern has a shot to get to the final. Our signings this summer - spectacular. Vidal, Costa, Coman.....ppfff....so much quality. It's the first season in a long time when I see us having a chance against Real or Barcelona even without Ribery or Robben.

Real Madrid always has a chance, obviously.

Otherwise, no clue...these three teams are above everyone else in Europe and neither PSG, nor Chelsea not Juventus can really beat them unless they catch an exceptional two legs - which Juve did against Real last season. They look solid again and with Khedira and Mandzukic, they added two previous CL winners to their squad. At the same time they lost Vidal who was a key player for them for the past 4 years.

Anyhow. I am EXCITED. This is the best football competition in the world, and other than the World Cup, the most exciting also. Glad it kicked off. And we started with a 3-0 win, so all on track

Have you had a personality Transplant? I expected you to say:

"I know Bayern's gonna win it. The Final is in Milan, which is 493.5 km from Munich"

(I'm kidding.....you know I'm only winding you up)

Anyway, my prediction at the very beginning have always been diabolical, so I'll start by saying Arsenal will not win this

Last time the final took place in Milan was in 2001. Guess who won it then

I have to go for Barcelona, I don't think enough was done by any of the other major clubs during the summer to really bridge the gap.

Behind Barca I would put Bayern and Real Madrid, both capable of getting to Barcelona if they get their tactics right over two legs.

I don't think Juventus can do well two seasons in a row, although they will be in the mix (quarters, semis). Manchester City will have their typical CL season, while PSG are similar to City in some respects in that they have the players but lack something.

Chelsea and Mourinho are always dangerous but something is missing this season.

Dark horse. Manchester united. Sure that may be scoffed at, but I think the way Van Gaal plays suits a two leg format where he can stifle teams and edge a tie. If United can get out of the groups they could be dangerous.

Interesting....I think there is a gap between those three teams and the rest of Europe. And the funny thing is, all 3 spent 'peanuts' compared to the likes of City, United, PSG or even Valencia, Atletico, etc....

Also - anyone seen the 5 goal show by Lewandowski yesterday? 5 in 9 minutes. GENIUS! On a good day, that man is a killing machine!!

Oh for sure, there is a gap between Bayern, Barca, and Real Madrid compared to the rest, although I think Madrid are the weakest of the top tier clubs. I would put Bayern and Barca slightly about Real Madrid personally.

Yeah, some performance that by Lewandowski, he's just scored another couple too. Funny really that some have said Pep dosen't really like him, he's a goal machine when he gets going and I think Real Madrid may be coming for him at some point when they finally decide to offload Benzenma.
