If any of you Americans are going to see Van Halen, please try to get there early to check out the support act, "Silvertide".

They've just finished tourin' with Velvet Revolver and are breifly in the UK right now for a few small shows and one festival, that bein' Donnington (Download) at the weekend. They are from Philladelphia and are gonna be huge!

I was waiting for some stupid comment like this from someone!

Look, I have nothing to gain by promoting this band, I just thought that if some people were going to see Van Halen they may want to check out the support act too. After all, it doesnt cost any more and if they like them then they're getting more value for money. But feel free to delete any messages of mine that you think are spam.

So Van Halen are back together now?

Is there a new album? tour? is it still the same guys in the band? is Dave or Sammy singing?

I didn't think they were around anymore and Im a bit of a fan. So I guess if they start making albums again then that would be great!

Sammy. They have a new Greatest Hits album with two new songs. There's been at least two recent topics about it, so have a look for more info

Keep On Rockin'
