Although chart positions seem low, these are based upon sales only. No airplay is involved, and a song charting at number 79, like Bounce, means a total of roughly 2.500 physical copies were sold that week. Also keep in mind that J-pop (Japanese pop music) is very popular, and a Western act selling 21.000 copies of a single is a huge thing. I think Have A Nice Day was the last single to actually chart over there, but I seem to have lost its position.
