My point was more that they keep that sort of stuff close to the chest and play up the brotherhood angle. As soon as you go into who played on what territory I think it diminishes that and I really think it'd show that Richie played on much less than he was credited on. Didn't earlier albums list guest musicians and that just about stop?

Maybe fiasco was too big a word. It definitely led to confusing with the fans about ghost musicians.

I thought Bobby was credited on HAND, but nope! I guess I got that mixed up with the fact that somebody on here (it might've been you?) pointed out that the solo of Wildflower sounds like his work.

Which of course makes it questionable whether Richie was even present for the second set of sessions, and David even more so. It's not like there's distinctive keyboard work on any of the band's stuff. Anybody could've played that.

Also, holy shit, HAND was released 10 years ago.
