I lost touch with Cyndi Lauper after moving into harder rock, but not before nicknaming her "the anti-Madonna!" Well, in observance of Psoriasis Awareness Month, Cyndi has revealed that she's been dealing with the condition (your skin cells grow out of control at any given moment) since 2010.

In a video of her talking about it, she's all cloaked up like a nun, though you'll have to remind yourself she's 62 years old. But while it's sad to hear her talking of no longer being able to show her legs and having to conceal her breakouts with long sleeves and makeup, she is not self-piteous -- she's decided to fight back by becoming part of a public awareness initiative.
