LoudWire.com: It’s happening! Classic Misfits members Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only and Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein are reuniting for two festival shows this year!

...(F)or the first time since 1983, vocalist Glenn Danzig, bassist Jerry Only and guitarist Doyle will all share the stage together at Riot Fest Denver and Riot Fest Chicago under the moniker The Original Misfits.

Riot Fest Denver will be held on Sept. 2-4 while Riot Fest Chicago will take place Sept. 16-18...

They'll need a drummer, though -- any suggestions? Charlie Benante immediately comes to mind, or Dave Lombardo. Or maybe they could make a big contest out of auditioning someone.

This will all amount to nothing, of course, if they can't manage to set up a gig in New Jersey!

I'd forgotten how good Glenn was -- he wrote and composed all these songs except one:

And I'm aware that Glenn ranks with Dave Mustaine as one of rock's leading assholes. I met him at a post-gig meet-and-greet and he was perfectly charming -- guess I caught him on an off night!
