I don't think they ever confirmed who made the list but it must almost certainly be Obie.

Definitely do a search, it's been discussed over the years. There's a lot of mistakes throughout the list. I remember someone in the camp saying some of the dates were lost and were educated guesses but I truly think some of those are way way off.
