I don't, no. I specifically remember the London show being advertised in the press over here, and I'm pretty sure that was the only UK show.

Yes. About two years ago a fan told me this story. She had tickets to the Frankfurt show and that one got cancelled for those reasons. She even sent me a scan of her ticket for that show.
