Funny, in the first video Jon says the same thing he would say 23 years later in a very similar situation: without the drama, he wouldn't have anything interesting to write about (that's not what he says but it's what happened so same thing)

Not in this case. The INA is an Institute that usually sells its archives, free access is for their unsaleable material (because there's no demand or because it's already on the internet). eg if you want to watch the 2nd item on the list:
